As Managing Director of Innate Health Research, I collaborate with academics, leaders and social innovators to build research that reveals the power of simple, effective, and creative mental health solutions. I am proud to be part of an amazing team of researchers and thought leaders who are changing the way the world thinks about mental health through collaborative, innovative reserach partnerships.
As a Coach and Speaker, I help individuals and teams draw out innate mental health, resilience, and capacity for new ideas. I show you a regenerative way to unleash untapped creativity, energy, and problem-solving, shining a light on the rich resources that lie within you and your teams.

Since 2008 I’ve dedicated a proportion of my time to pro bono work with Dress for Success, Smart Works, Wellbeing for Women, Great Ormond Street Hospital, and the Ivors Academy
